Today mark the end of the sixth weeks after surgery. I am getting a lot better but under the current situation with the outbreak of the H1N1 flu I have to be very careful. The exterior wound is completely healed but the internal wound would still take a while. I visited my heart surgeon yesterday and was encourage hearing that all is well with me and last but not least I can drive effective immediately. After a long six weeks of parking my cars in the drive way I am finally license to drive again. Good thing I can drive because Yeu-Tin has a doctor’s appointment at 4:00 pm yesterday.
Things I can and cannot do: -
Cannot carry or lift anything over 20 lbs.
Continue with my walking exercise.
Be careful with my chest, as it is still not completely heal. (May take up to 1 year).
Cannot participate in any active sport s until 3 months after my surgery date.
Watch my diet
Drink not more than 3 cups of coffee a day. (If any one with Tim Hortons stock this might impact you portfolio).
